By creating an account or placing an order on EsyPrints, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Our service

EsyPrints is a marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified printing partners ("service providers"). When you place an order, it is produced by a service provider near you and delivered to the address you specify.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the designs and files you upload. You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, all artwork, logos, images and text in your designs, and that they contain nothing unlawful, defamatory or infringing. We may decline to print content that violates these rules.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected securely at checkout through our payment partner. An order is confirmed only after successful payment, and a GST invoice is issued for every order.

4. Proofs & print quality

Please review your design preview carefully before ordering — what you approve is what gets printed. Minor colour variation between screen and print is normal and not considered a defect.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until production begins. Once a service provider starts printing, the order can no longer be cancelled, but our Returns & Refunds policy still protects you against quality issues.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or printing errors.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EsyPrints after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
